1. Introduction

By using Comuna, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Comuna.

4. Your Account

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your password secure
• One person may have only one account
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

5. Your Content

• You own all content you upload
• When you share content, you allow us to display it within the app
• When you delete your account, all your content is immediately deleted
• Content may have been saved by other community members before deletion

6. Community Guidelines

• Don't post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Report inappropriate content by clicking the dots in the top right corner of any image
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

7. Prohibited Actions

• Don't use the app for illegal purposes
• Don't access others' accounts
• Don't attempt to damage or overwhelm the app
• Don't scrape or collect user data
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer the app

8. Third-Party Services

The app uses Supabase and Mixpanel. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when using their services through our app.

9. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• When an account is terminated, all associated content is deleted

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties
• Armandas Vaicikauskas is not liable for damages arising from app use
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Legal Matters

• These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law
• Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration in Vilnius
• If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect
